Product Full-Lifecycle 56-Item Gantt Chart

Covers 56 items across 7 phases — exploration → validation → preparation → launch → growth → scale-up → end-of-life wind-down. The timeline uses launch day (T-Day) as the origin: pre-launch on the left, post-launch on the right. Gates GR0–GR5 and EOL delisting are anchored to the 01.00 Master Control baseline; the 56 windows are back-calculated from those gates pending sign-off of the 01.12 baseline. See 01.12 GTM End-to-End Milestone Gantt Chart and 56-Item Work Board for the underlying detail.

How to Read

  • Horizontal axis: T-Day is 0; left is pre-launch (from T-48W), right is post-launch (to T+42W, including EOL at T+38W and the 30-day post-exit review).
  • Gates: GR0 opportunity screen, GR1 business case, GR2 tooling lock, GR3 launch readiness, GR4 ramp operations, GR5 end-of-life settlement.
  • Swimlane: the hardware plan runs separately, covering ID freeze, tooling/T0, EVT/DVT, PVT, MP, ocean freight and inbound, and T-Day.
  • Interaction: filter by phase, switch between Gantt and phase cards; Tab to focus a bar for its action and deliverable; narrow screens automatically switch to phase-grouped cards.
  • Jump to the SOP: clicking a task name (or "Open the matching SOP →" on a phase card) opens the operating playbook for that task. The mapping lives in the doc field of docs/.vitepress/data/lifecycle-tasks.json, and docEvidence records the exact sentence on that page proving it covers the task — if the wording or the page changes, pnpm run check fails instead of leaving an entry that opens the wrong playbook.
