Core insight: unified terminology is the cornerstone of collaboration and business decisions across the entire library. This table is the single authoritative source for terminology in the library; all abbreviations and references in every document follow this table. Any change to a definition must be propagated to every document that cites it.
1. How to Use This Table
- First read: go through the whole table to establish a shared vocabulary across departments (product / R&D / marketing / channel / finance / compliance).
- When you meet an unfamiliar abbreviation: use the category or global search to return to this table and verify the standard definition and jurisdictional boundary.
- When adding a term: it must be registered in this table with its primary defining section before it is used in any body text; inventing terminology in body text is strictly forbidden.
